These simulations show the interaction between charged particles (given by Coulomb's Law) or the electric field generated by a charge configuration. The electric field is a map of the force a test charge would experience if placed at that point near a group of charges and the simulations show this 'map'. The 'Trajectory' simulations show the motion of a test charge near different charge configurations. Navigate to the simulations and double-click on a green triangle to launch one.
If you have EJS installed, you can see and edit the models included. Information about EJS is available at: <http://www.um.es/fem/Ejs/> and in the OSP ComPADRE collection <http://www.compadre.org/OSP/>.
